How we work…
Discovery
We begin a conversation about your home, your lifestyle, and your vision. This can be in person or by video call- we work with clients across Australia and the United Kingdom. We listen carefully, ask the right questions, and begin to understand what your project needs.
2. Concept Design
Story boards, spatial planning and design direction. We present a cohesive vision for your home that reflects how you live, what you love, and where you’re going.
3. Technical Design
Detailed floorplans, elevations, cross-sections, and material specifications. Kitchen and bathroom design, joinery,lighting and electrical layouts- the complete documentation package that your builder, engineer and consultants will need.
4. Planning & Approvals
Where required, we manage the planning application and approvals process- including local authority planning permission, conservation area consent, listed building consent, and building regulations compliance. We have extensive experience in both Australian councils and UK local authorities.
5. Tender & Budget
We prepare comprehensive scoping packs manage the tender process with trusted contractors, and compile a detailed construction budget. Transparent and thorough, so there are no surprises once work begins.
6. Construction management
From the first day on site to practical completion, we manage and monitor the build. Regular progress and budget reporting keeps you informed at every stage- particularly valuable if you are undertaking a project overseas.
