This was development of a basement flat in Central London, so the brief was to keep it light and bright, interesting but with broad appeal. The build involved an ambitious rear extension to add second bedroom and ensuite. It was a difficult project but the results were lovely (I had serious home envy), and it was snapped up by a buyer with proper rock royalty connections!
